Major Updates on this Week End!

May 20th:
- .LOOTME command
- .VOTE command
- Newbie Dungeon
- Newbie Tag (Right after Young)
- .Newbie to remove newbie tag
- No more Reagents with Magery
- Power hour only for skill
- Meditation gain a little harder
- Magery gain a tad harder

May 21st:
- Custom vendors are now sharable with the house. If enabled, coowners and owner of the house can manage the vendor.
- Blackthorne and British Robes dyable
- Added Shout Tickets
- Added damage reduction depending on armor against harmful spells
